RP Question: How to role play a spellbow?

Hi,
I'm wanting to play a spellbow for my Night borne hunter, but I can't find anything about them other than a high elven npc in dalaran. On another note, how would a Night borne priestess be played? I don't really see them as Elune worshippers (mainly because of Thalyssra's remark in the allied race quest), but if they're not, what are they?
Please help.
